We provide a variety of payment options for your convenience: Cash, Card, or on Account.
If a booking has been confirmed with the payment method set as 'Cash,' you have the flexibility to modify the payment details in your Upcoming Bookings section. If you are in the vehicle and your journey has started, the driver can only accept cash unless the booking was made through the eCabs Mobile App. In such instances, you can switch the payment method from Cash to Card, or vice versa, even after the ride has commenced.
Card payments, including Apple Pay and Google Pay, are exclusively accepted through our mobile application.
For added flexibility, payments can also be charged to your Corporate Account, and you will receive an invoice at the end of the month.
