If your ride was completed by one of our Partner Drivers, we kindly ask that you request a receipt directly from the driver at the end of your trip. If this was not done at the time, you would have received a post-ride statement containing the driver’s contact details (including email address), through which the Partner Driver can be contacted for a receipt.
For trips completed by our employed drivers (Assure category), a receipt is automatically sent via email to the address registered on your eCabs mobile application once the trip concludes.
If you require a receipt for a past booking, please contact us at info@ecabs.com.mt and provide the following details:

The contact number used to make the booking

The date and time of the trip
Please note that we are only able to issue receipts directly for trips completed by our employed drivers (Assure category).
