Payment for your ride may be made directly to the driver in cash or via our in-App Payment Service, currently operated by Cuorium Technologies Limited. If you choose to pay through the in-App system, the fare will be charged to your preferred payment method saved in your Account. In the event that this method cannot be processed, we will attempt to charge any secondary payment method associated with your Account.
You may update your preferred payment method at any time through the App.
Simply navigate to ‘My Rides’ from the main menu, select ‘Upcoming Rides’, and then tap ‘Edit Payment’ to view and choose from your available payment options.
Please be aware that selected payment methods may be subject to additional terms, conditions, or fees imposed by third-party providers. eCabs bears no responsibility for such charges and disclaims liability in this respect.
