We allow a grace period of four minutes. Should the client board the vehicle after the expiration of the grace period, we may charge the full waiting time.
We apply waiting time per minutes as follows:
- Cars - €0.20 per minute
- Vans (8seater) - €0.29 per minute
- Minibus (9+ pax) - €0.93 per minute
- Executive - €0.50 per minute
For flight arrivals, we allow a grace period of 45 minutes after the flight lands. The official landing time shall be that provided by the Malta International Airport website.
For ferry arrivals, we allow a grace period of 30 minutes applies after the ferry berths. The official arrival time shall be that provided by Virtu Ferries Ltd.
