If you are booking via phone, the booking may only be placed on a Business account by providing the contact centre agent taking your booking with the six-digit pin that was provided to you upon the opening of the account in question.
You may choose the 'On Account' option if the booking is being placed through our website when asked how you would like to pay. On the second page you will be requested to input the 6-digit pin number and the approver’s name.
Kindly note that you may add the company account on the mobile application through the payments section. Choose the Add a company account option then enter the six-digit code.
